Andrea Rolfe Training
Consultant
Andrea Rolfe is a freelance training consultant based in Watford,
Hertfordshire. Her experience has been gained mostly in Royal Mail Group Plc. as
a Management Trainer. Primarily a training generalist with extensive experience
in management development and coaching, Andrea spent some time in recruitment
then chose to specialise in Learning & Development.
Andrea’s most recent work has been in the design and delivery of
management development programmes, coaching, and the design of bespoke products
for senior managers. As well as areas such as performance management programmes
and soft skills, including coaching skills, dealing with difficult behaviours,
presentation skills, and new management and graduates induction programmes.
Andrea has worked with a variety of clients, including Royal Mail, Parcel
Force Worldwide, and Post Office Ltd, DHL Express and DHL Global Forwarding.
Andrea has also work in conjunction with other training companies, including The
Mind Gym, Pti World wide and Capita, to support delivery of these programmes.
